Personalized Therapist Matching

Each patient undergoes a comprehensive intake process, allowing us to match them with a therapist whose expertise and approach align with their specific concerns. Our therapists are all accredited and vetted.

Ongoing Communication & Updates

With patient consent, we keep you updated on their progress by providing brief progress notes or psychological assessment reports upon request.

What Happens When Your Patient Is Referred

We Contact Your Patient

We will email and call your patient to book. Our email covers who we are, our services, pricing, and a link to book therapy. We also include free mental health resources and access to low cost and free therapy. We will try to contact 4 times if we don't get a response.

Your Clinic Is Notified

You receive two notifications: an acknowledgement of referral receipt, and a notification when the patient books their intake session — including the date and time.

Care Begins

Your patient is matched with a therapist and begins sessions. Progress notes are provided to you upon request and with patient consent.

As a part of the WELL Health Medical Centre team, we offer in-person therapy at select WELL Clinics. The majority of WELL Mental Health and Wellness services are covered by private insurance and corporate benefits plans.
