We're looking for therapists who:

  • Are deeply motivated to build their practice and have a "go-getter" mindset.
  • Hold a designation widely covered by insurance (e.g., RSW, RP, SSW, CCC, RPC, RCT).
  • Live close to a WELL Medical Health Centre and are eager to make an impact in their local community.
  • Are team players, and ready to fully integrate and form relationships with clinic staff and physicians, who will provide the bulk of your referrals.

  • Your regulatory body (i.e CRPO) and registration number.
  • Proof of a Masters degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or equivalent.
  • Proof of your professional liability insurance that covers Canada.
  • A professional photo of yourself and a brief biography statement for your online profile.
  • Your resume and two references.
